Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (90g) Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup milk any percentage
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until just mixed. Batter will look a little thin.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease by rubbing a stick of butter over the surface or using cooking spray.
  • Use a 1/3 cup to drop two heaping cupfuls of batter on to the skillet. Cook until the tops of the pancakes begin to bubble and bottoms are golden. Flip and cook until cooked through.
  • Serve with butter and syrup and enjoy!
